Loudbird PR appointed by Little Chairs(July 15, 2011)
Loudbird PR and Communications has been appointed by Little Chairs, producers of premium children-sized chairs, to handle its PR in the UK.
Little Chairs, which has just launched, is the only UK company that makes traditional-style upholstered armchairs and sofas for children up to 9 years old, which are handcrafted using the finest materials and traditional methods, and built to last for generations.
Arabella Hampson, owner of Little Chairs, said: “We are very excited about appointing Loudbird to handle our PR. Loudbird is a small creative PR agency with interiors experience, which understands how special our chairs are, and that we are passionate about creating sustainable pieces that will last for generations, handmade by English craftspeople.”
Sophie Banks from Loudbird PR says: “Little Chairs have created a beautifully crafted product which is quite unique; statement pieces with maximum impact, loved by grown-ups and children alike, and which can be passed on through the generations. We are very pleased to be handling the Little Chairs account.”
Loudbird PR was launched in 2009 by Sophie Banks, a former head of PR for thomascook.com who has also been the Xchangeteam PR freelancer of the year, and ex-Travel Weekly chief sub editor Angela Cronin.
